1. SECURE WEBLINK 1.1 What is Secure Weblink? Secure Weblink gives the user of an Original-CD access to protected contents on the Web. Therefore you do not need a password or special certificate. 1.2 How do I use Secure Weblink? After inserting the Original-CD in the CD/DVD-ROM drive, your PC should start the application automatically and open the window. You can start the Secure Weblink using this window. Please make sure you are using an active Internet connection. Your Browser should now open the secure Web area. 1.3 System Requirements
1.4 Can I use Secure Weblink on my Macintosh / Linux computer? No, this version of Secure Weblink only works on Windows PCs (see System Requirements). 1.5 Do I need an Internet connection for Secure Weblink? Yes. 1.6 Apart from the normal internet costs, are there any extra connection costs incurred when using secure weblink? No. Secure Weblink is not a "Dialer-Software" and only works with your standard Internet connection. 2. TROUBLESHOOTING 2.1 No programs open after inserting the CD/DVD-Rom into the drive In cases where the window does not open after inserting the Original-CD, you can also start the application manually:
choose "Export..." in the Windows Start Menu and write "D:\autorun.exe" in the open field (D: stands for the letter of the CD-ROM drive). Should you have no luck with either method, then you can run Secure Weblink directly by starting the executable file "bonus.exe". Please make sure you are connected to the Internet. Your Browser should now open the secure Web area. 2.2 There is no CD-Rom Data on my CD In very rare cases - depending on your CD-ROM drive - the CD is not recognized correctly and the drive cannot read the CD-ROM data part. If your computer is equipped with more than one CD-ROM drive, please put in the disc into the other drive and try to start the application again. 2.3 I get a message telling me that my session expired You will receive a message similar to "Your session expired... start again... Security error..." your session will be inactive in 20 minutes. In this case, you must close your Browser and restart the application (see 1.2). 2.4 Cookies are not accepted You will receive a message similar to "your Browser does not accept any Cookies..." please activate temporary Cookies (not saved) in your Browser and deactivate the Software which filters the Cookies. Then close the Browser and restart the application erneut (see 1.2.). For more specific informationen about the Cookie-settings for your webbrowser, see the "Help" section of your browser. 3.
